Steven Krivinskas

Steven Krivinskas is a partner in the London office of Alston & Bird. He focuses his practice on securitisation and structured finance, with extensive experience across residential and commercial mortgages, consumer and buy-now-pay-later receivables, and more esoteric assets. He represents banks, credit funds, servicers, and originators on a wide range of complex and cross-border structured finance transactions. Steven regularly advises on both public and private securitisations, warehouse financings, and risk retention structures, and is particularly experienced in transactions involving multiple jurisdictions.
