Alex Shattock represents financial institutions, payments services providers, corporate trusts, agents, noteholders, investment funds, and portfolio companies in cross-border, high-value, and complex disputes across a variety of sectors.

In his 15 years of experience, Alex has regularly acted on nine- to ten-figure claims, most recently in the Lehman estate proceedings. Alex’s experience extends to High Court and appellate proceedings, as well as arbitration and regulatory actions. While focusing on financial services and commercial disputes, Alex has increasingly advised on competition matters.
