Will focuses his practice on representing institutional investors in private equity investments, with a concentration in secondaries, LP investments, equity co-investments and private investment fund formation. Will leads the firm’s secondaries group. He also regularly represents financial institutions in secured and unsecured financing transactions. Will has broad experience in advising investment managers in alternative asset classes, with a particular emphasis on timberland and agricultural investing.

Will is admitted in Massachusetts.

Represented an institutional investor in the sale of a $1.25 billion portfolio of over 60 limited partnership interests

Represented an institutional investor in the acquisition of a $600 million portfolio of over 65 limited partnership interests

Represented a global commercial timberland and farmland investment management firm in the structuring, launch and closing of an open-ended timberland and farmland investment fund, with private REIT and non-REIT subsidiary portfolio companies and aggregate offering proceeds in excess of $1.3 billion to date

Regularly represents institutional investors in the consummation of primary private equity investments and co-investments

Regularly represents financial institutions with commitments to over 250 syndicated credit facilities
