William Greaney

Represents policyholders in insurance coverage disputes before federal and state courts, and international and domestic arbitrations. Experience includes disputes over liability insurance coverage for asbestos, environmental, directors and officers, product liability, construction defects, errors and omissions, and intellectual property claims; disputes involving coverage under first-party property policies of business interruption, contingent business interruption, extra expense and physical damage losses from hurricanes, earthquakes, tornadoes, nuclear accidents and other incidents; and disputes arising under crime/fraud, fidelity, warranty and builders risk policies. Has an active counseling practice negotiating structured settlements of insurance disputes.
