Kevin Poloncarz is a partner in Covington’s San Francisco office and represents clients on policy, regulatory, litigation, commercial, and enforcement matters involving climate change and clean energy. An authority on carbon pricing, he has been deeply involved in the development of regulations to reduce greenhouse gas emissions under the federal Clean Air Act and in state efforts to address climate change.
