Vivien Yui is the Co-Head of the Employment Practice and is a Partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Establishment, Corporate Governance & Compliance, Health Sciences & Biotechnology, Professional Services and Philippines Practices. Her main practice areas are private mergers and acquisitions, employment, corporate governance and compliance and general corporate and commercial work.
Vivien practises general corporate law, with an emphasis on representing private equity investments, especially in biotechnology and biomedical companies. As the Joint Head of the Firm's Employment Practice, she regularly advises multinational corporations on their global share incentive plans and establishment of local employment practices, benefits and policies. She also assists clients with immigration law and regulatory issues.
