Vincent specializes in international tax matters, particularly for multinational corporations, financial institutions and investment funds (including private equity and venture capital) based in North America. His work includes:
- mergers & acquisitions;
- corporate reorganizations; and
- assisting businesses in establishing operations in Europe, specifically in the Life Sciences & Healthcare industry.
He frequently acts as speaker at international tax seminars and conferences, including the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the American Bar Association (ABA), where he shares insights and knowledge with fellow tax professionals. He is also the co-author of the Bloomberg BNA Portfolio – Business Operations in the Netherlands.
Vincent has been recognized for his work by among others The Legal 500 and Who's Who Legal and he is quoted from time to time by Tax Analysts and International Tax Review regarding corporate tax developments in Europe. He was awarded with the Lexology Client Choice Award in the category Corporate Tax US.
