Practice Areas
Vincent Rouer co-heads the Dispute Resolution practice at Óros.
He represents French and international companies, as well as their executives, founders, and shareholders, in strategic negotiations and complex disputes, both before courts and at the pre-litigation stage. His practice spans a wide range of sectors, with particular strengths in private equity, energy, real estate, and innovative or regulated industries.
Vincent has developed a strong reputation for his work in shareholder disputes, governance conflicts, and post-M&A litigation. He regularly advises investment funds, company founders, and C-level executives in sensitive, high-value corporate disputes involving governance deadlocks, earn-out mechanisms, liability claims, and the enforcement of put and call options.
He is also active in regulatory and commercial litigation in the energy sector, where he assists several major European electricity market players in disputes relating to market access, balancing mechanisms, and long-term power purchase agreements.
Before founding Óros, Vincent spent over 15 years at leading international law firms, where he built a strong reputation in high-stakes business litigation, combining technical excellence with strategic insight.
