Quentin Jobard is a founding partner at Óros, where he co-leads the Real Estate practice.

He has recognized expertise in managing complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, borrower-side financing, asset and lease management, development and construction projects, as well as joint-ventures.

Prior to founding Óros, Quentin worked for almost 15 years at leading US law firms.

He advises French and international clients, including investment funds, institutional investors, developers, asset managers, family offices, real estate companies, and end-users, across a wide range of asset types: offices, schools, logistics warehouses, data centers, hotels, shopping centers, and serviced residences.
