Tom Chanseau

Tom Chanseau is a founding partner at Óros, where he co-leads the Real Estate practice and heads the Sports Law practice.

He has recognized expertise in managing complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, borrower-side financing, asset and lease management, development and construction projects, as well as joint-ventures.

Prior founding Óros, Tom worked for many years at leading US and UK law firms.

He advises French and international clients, including investment funds, institutional investors, developers, asset managers, family offices, real estate companies, and end-users, across a wide range of asset types: offices, schools, logistics warehouses, data centers, hotels, shopping centers, and serviced residences.

A former high-level athlete, Tom also advises professional sports actors and has gained significant experience in major transactions in recent years, including the concession of audiovisual rights for sport events, negotiation of partnership agreements, and acquisitions or disposals of professional sports clubs.

Tom has been a member of the Legal Committee of the French National Rugby League (LNR) since 2019.
