Practice Areas
Hélène Lenoury co-heads the Litigation practice at Óros.
Hélène advises and represents French and international companies — as well as their executives and founders — across a wide range of sectors, with particular expertise in advising clients in the industrial and innovative sectors, real estate and construction, private equity, energy, and sports.
She has solid expertise in commercial litigation, with a focus on contractual and tort liability, industrial risks and product liability, and anti-competitive practices. She also regularly handles shareholder disputes, directors’ liability claims, and litigation arising from transactional matters.
Before founding Óros, she spent ten years at top-tier international law firms, where she gained extensive experience handling high-stakes, complex litigation and obtained the recognition of her clients.
Together with the Lawyers' Alliance for Human Rights, Hélène is strongly involved, on a pro bono basis, in defending and representing unaccompanied minors from Afghanistan, Syria, Eritrea, seeking asylum/residence permits and assistance from child social services.
