Victoria Beltrán

María Victoria Beltrán is a senior associate at CorralRosales and has more than 10 years of experience representing local and international clients in labor, litigation, and administrative matters. She provides both advisory and representation services to clients in administrative and judicial proceedings.

María Victoria continuously advises on individual and collective labor contracting matters, social security matters, labor conflict management, among others. She has extensive experience in labor due diligence processes, as well as the analysis and definition of labor consequences derived from business acquisition or merger processes, risk analysis in complex transactions and the generation of labor planning structures. She has extensive experience in handling labor due diligence processes and labor judicial processes.

She has a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador, a Specialist in State and Development from FLACSO, and a Master’s Degree in Oral Litigation from the Universidad Internacional SEK.

María Victoria has also been recognized in the legal publication Leaders League on several occasions.
