Veronica Pinotti is a competition and regulatory lawyer based in Milan.

She has 30 years of experience in EU and national competition and regulatory law, including data privacy. She regularly advises European and international clients before the European Commission and national authorities, as well as civil and administrative courts. Veronica provides strategic advice on the feasibility and authorization of complex joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions.
