Torsten Sauer is Managing Partner of Norton Rose Fulbright in Luxembourg and a member of the firm’s EMEAPAC Partnership Committee. He is a transactional corporate, M&A and private capital lawyer advising on complex cross-border transactions.
He represents asset managers, financial institutions, corporates and private investors on M&A, joint ventures, corporate finance, secondaries and restructurings, and regularly advises Luxembourg issuers listed on US and Canadian exchanges, including NYSE, Nasdaq and TSX.
His practice is focused on private equity and real assets, including platform investments, pan-European portfolio transactions and multi-jurisdictional structuring. He also advises ultra-high-net-worth individuals on governance and structuring matters.
Torsten is admitted in Luxembourg, Paris and New York, and is fluent in English, French and German. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
