Competition laws evolve constantly, and agency enforcement practices often diverge from black-letter statutes, ordinances and guidelines. Companies therefore need experts with deep knowledge and hands-on experience from recent enforcement matters—advisors who can explain current trends at the Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC) and international competition enforcement agencies.
