Valentin Creața is advising high-profile real estate investors and developers in relation to the acquisition, construction and/or operation of the largest shopping centers and residential projects. Valentin represents clients on a wide range of corporate governance cases and complex commercial matters.
Valentin is also highly experienced in advising international healthcare investors with respect to the development of private hospitals.
