Ciprian Donţu is leading the Litigation and Restructuring & In solvency Practices. He represents both in court and in arbitration proceedings multinational companies, financial institutions, investments funds and entrepreneurs. His expertise covers a whole array of disputes with a special focus on capital markets, shareholders disputes, energy and public law matters. He regularly advises the largest investment fund in Romania, listed on Bucharest and London Stock Exchanges, and some of the largest energy suppliers.
