Raluca Petrescu

Raluca is a Partner in the International Arbitration Practice, being involved in arbitration proceedings before international and domestic courts of arbitration under various rules of arbitration (ICC, ICSID and the Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania) as well as in complex court proceedings concerning commercial, construction, corporate, energy, privatisation and real estate disputes. Raluca’s arbitration and litigation expertise is doubled by a strong knowledge in various fields of law.

Raluca completed a double education in Romanian and French law, with the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest (Degree in Law and Master’s Degree) and the University of Paris 1 Panthéon - Sorbonne, France (Master’s Degree in Business Law). She attended the US Legal Methods - Introduction to US Law, Institute for US Law, in Washington.
