Urs Gnos heads the Transaction Team of Walder Wyss. His practice focuses on international and domestic mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and capital market transactions. Advises companies with respect to corporate and commercial law, corporate governance matters, stock exchange regulations, corporate reorganizations and restructurings. Most recent transactions include: Advising Dana Incorporated (NYSE: DAN) on the acquisition of the Drive Systems Segment from OC Oerlikon (SIX: OERL); Continental on the sale of Continental Automotive Switzerland AG; Generation Investment Management on its Series E investment into SOPHiA GENETICS; Integer (NYSE: ITGR) on the sale of its Advanced Surgical and Orthopedics product lines to MedPlast; advising JAB Holding on the sale of control in Bally International A.G. to Shandong Ruyi Investment Holding.

Qualified in 1996. Joined Walder Wyss in 2001. Working experience as lawyer in Zurich, Chicago, New York based law firms.
