Markus Frick

Markus Frick is heading up the Information Technology, Intellectual Property and Competition Team. He specializes in all aspects of intellectual property law including media law, food and drugs regulation with a particular focus on trademark, unfair competition and patent law. He represents clients in complex and cross-border litigations before courts and administrative bodies and advises clients on the development and management of IP rights, related contracts and transactions.

Before joining Walder Wyss he worked as an associate in a Zurich and a New York law firm.
