Uri heads the firm’s project finance department and is a partner in the firm’s energy and infrastructure department. Uri has extensive experience in public-private partnerships and in representing both Israeli and international projects companies, sponsors, banks and other financial institutions in the development, financing, construction and operation of infrastructure and energy projects. During the last year, Uri represented Shikun & Binui and Edeltech Group, who had won the huge tender published by the Israel Electric Company ("IEC") for the acquisition of the 1,195MW Ramat Hovav power plant, in the financial close of the senior debt, for an amount of well over USD 1.2 billion – the largest ever financial close in Israel for a power plant. Uri has also served for over a decade as legal counsel to PSP Investments Ltd., the licensor of the 300MW pumped storage power plant at Ma'ale Gilboa, the first pumped storage facility in Israel.
