Ran serves as a Co-manager of the Litigation Department.

Ran specializes in complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Ran represents corporations in legal proceedings and petitions in all judicial instances, arbitration and mediation, in all aspects of commercial, civil and administrative law.

Ran specializes, inter alia, in the areas of corporate, securities and capital markets, class actions, venture capital, media and communications, derivative actions, tenders, High Court of Justice petitions and administrative petitions. Ran has handled some of the most significant cases in the commercial field in Israel.
