Miriam Kleinberger-Attar is head of the Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano & Co. with Hamburger Evron’s Labor Law and Employment Department.

Domestic and international clients find Miriam knowledgeable and resourceful, due to the fact that she provides real world advice to employers.

Miriam’s practice includes the provision of labor law advice in M&A transactions; labor law litigation; including collective and individual labor disputes; class actions; non-competition and non-strike issues; drafting and handling diverse collective and individual labor agreements, including those on executive compensation and (employee) stock option plans; labor dispute negotiations. Miriam also advises the firm’s corporate clients, as well as other clients, on all aspects of labor law, including employee recruitment, employment terms and termination.
