Ulrich Scholz specialises in European and German competition law with a special focus on the energy sector. He also advises on regulatory law, including decarbonisation and the energy crisis and regularly represents energy utilities in proceedings before EU and German courts, competition and regulatory authorities, as well as before arbitral tribunals.
