Sascha is a partner in our antitrust, competition group, based in the Brussels office. His practice focuses on merger control and conduct investigations and he has over 10 years’ experience of complex European Commission proceedings.
He also has extensive experience representing clients before Germany’s Federal Cartel Office and is often called upon to advise on multi-jurisdictional investigations that involve competition authorities around the world. This experience enables him to offer clients a globally integrated approach to delivering regulatory clearances within ambitious timelines and coordinating successful defence strategies in cross-border investigations.
He works across all sectors with particular experience in the telecoms and tech industries, where he has represented clients successfully in a number of high-profile investigations. A focus of his behavioural practice is online distribution and the application of antitrust laws in the digital economy.
