Tuomas Saraste specialises in competition law. Tuomas acts as counsel in processes concerning merger control, abuse of dominant market position, cartels and claims for damages on the basis of infringement of competition rules. He has acted as a counsel in several complex merger control, abuse of dominant position and cartel procedures both before national competition authorities as well as the European Commission and the European Court of Justice (ECJ). Tuomas also provides assistance in issues related to state aid.
