Katja advises clients on all aspects of Finnish and EU competition law and has extensive experience in merger control proceedings as well as cartel and abuse of dominance investigations before the national and EU authorities. She has been involved in many leading competition cases in Finland including in major transactions involving complex merger filings. In addition, she regularly advises companies in securing foreign direct investment (FDI) approvals and in other regulatory matters. Katja is a recognized expert in her field and currently also acts as a member of the Finnish Bar Association’s competition law expert team.
