Tomasz is a qualified legal advisor and partner heading the IP/TMT team in Poland and CMS CEE IP practice group. His area of expertise covers new technologies law, IP rights and data protection.
With respect to IP rights, his experience includes comprehensive legal assistance in enforcing the protection of IP rights and fair competition principles. Tomasz advises clients on preparing and implementing brand protection strategies, represents clients in pre-court negotiations with infringers, in civil and penal proceedings, and co-ordinates IP rights customs protection programmes.
