His expertise encompasses all areas of pharmaceutical law: product registration, reimbursement issues, manufacturing, distribution, parallel import, advertising law and regulations on clinical trials. Tomasz advises on combating anti-competitive agreements and abuse of a dominant position, consumer protection law and combating unfair competition at both pre-litigation and litigation stages.
He also specialises in food law, particularly in regulations on FSMP and dietary supplements. He has experience in advising on feed market and genetically modified food regulations and participates in inspection proceedings on the agri-food market.
Tomasz previously worked on public health issues in local administrative authorities, where he was responsible e.g. for restructuring public health care centres in Mazowieckie Voivodship.
