He advises on the creation of medicinal product distribution and trading systems and issues relating to healthcare systems, including the financing of healthcare services, the formation and restructuring of medical entities, telemedicine and healthcare insurance. He also specialises in administrative law, particularly pharmaceutical, medical, advertising, EU and competition law; and provides support in matters relating to allegations of corruption (white collar crimes). He advises the pharmaceutical and the FMCG sectors (including alcohol and tobacco products), on advertising and promotional activity, reimbursement, distribution, labelling, manufacturing and quality control.

Michał is one of the initiators of the Telemedicine Working Group, a group of leading entities in the telemedicine sector, which is currently playing an active part in the development of telemedicine in Poland as the Telemedicine Working Group Foundation. He has participated in numerous legislative processes, e.g. in work on healthcare-related laws and in many discussions setting out industry positions, drawing up opinions and reports on the functioning of these laws, running training sessions on reimbursement and nationwide conferences.
