Ewa Bober is an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Poland and a partner in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort.
She graduated, with distinction, from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2004, also completing a course in English and European law organised by the British Centre for English and European Legal Studies at the University of Warsaw in co-operation with the University of Cambridge, and qualified as an attorney-at-law in 2010. Before joining Rymarz Zdort in 2009, she worked in the capital markets departments at the Warsaw offices of two renowned international law firms.
A specialist in corporate law, with a particular focus on capital markets transactions, Ewa has advised issuers, selling shareholders and investment banks on all aspects of international and domestic public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities. She also provides comprehensive legal assistance to financial institutions, including investment funds, and advises clients in connection with tender offers and M&A transactions involving public companies.
