Dr. Hernández Metz collaborated with the drafting of the section on Labor Legislation for the “Guía del Inversionista 2009” published by the American Chamber of Commerce in the Dominican Republic (AMCHAMDR).

Dr. Hernández Metz received his Bachelor of Laws, Magna Cum Laude, from Universidad Iberoamericana in 1991. In 1994, he obtained his Master’s Degree in Business law and Economic Legislation from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra. He is fluent in Spanish and English, and has a basic knowledge of French.
