The Labour and Employment Department of the Firm provides Labor-technical assistance, consulting and advise for the implementation and modification of labor and Human Resources policies, participation in the solution of controversies and alternative dispute resolution concerning labor and administrative disputes with the authorities, among other services. The Department currently has three partners and seven associates.

Members of the department assist clients in drafting and preparation of labor agreements review and advise on administrative labor documentation and assistance in the termination of labor relationships under the different termination possibilities, including the calculation of applicable severance. Likewise, the firm provides assistance in drafting of legal opinions destined to provide solutions to problems on implementing and executing labor and social security laws in the Dominican Republic, as well as the prevention of risks and the implementation of strategies oriented to reduce the risks and conflicts.
