Career
Tomas Bures is an associate partner specialising in banking and finance, general
corporate law and public procurement law.
He obtained a Master’s degree (Mgr.) in law from the Faculty of Law of Charles University
in Prague and a Master’s degree (Ing.) in finance from the University of Economics in
Prague. In 2003-2004 he studied at the faculty of law at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität
München in Germany. The IFLR1000 guide ranks Tomas Bures as a notable practitioner,
especially in the area of banking.
He joined PRK Partners in 2004. In 2007 he became a member of the Czech Bar
Association as an attorney at law.
Tomas is fluent in Czech, German and English.
