Career

Jan Ditrych is an associate Partner at law at PRK Partners specialising in securities,

banking, capital markets and collective investment matters.

Jan earned his Doctorate (JUDr.) degree from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in

Prague. In 2006 he was admitted to the Czech Bar Association as an attorney at law. Jan

has been with PRK Partners since 2000.

Jan has obtained extraordinary in-depth experience in representing a number of national

and international banks and securities brokers (as issuers or arrangers) in connection with

their bond issue programs and IPO transactions. He has provided bond-issue related

services to major Czech business corporations (as issuers). The IFLR1000 guide ranks

Jan is fluent in Czech and English.
