His M&A practice focuses particularly on the energy, technology, real estate, industrial manufacturing and finance sectors. Martin is listed and recommended as a leading practitioner, both in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, corporate law, and outsourcing in numerous directories and publications, including Chambers Europe, Chambers Global, The Legal 500 Europe, Legal Experts, and Best Lawyers.
