Career

Tomás advises companies and their investors across diverse sectors throughout the entire corporate lifecycle, particularly on M&A and Venture Capital transactions and corporate reorganizations.

He previously worked at one of Spain’s most renowned law firms, where he focused on cross-border transactions, especially venture capital financings and M&As involving Europe, Brazil and other Latin American countries. Tomás is licensed to practice law in Brazil and Spain and actively participates in the firm’s international initiatives, especially those related to the Iberian Peninsula and Latin America.

Tomás teaches the ‘Corporate Transactions and Business Deals’ module in Mackenzie’s postgraduate law program and has previously lectured on venture capital at institutions such as Insper and Xpeed.
