Sabrina’s practice focuses on domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations and general corporate governance advice for both public and private companies.

Her experience includes advising clients in matters related to a wide range of industries and business sectors, and more recently her practice has focused on technology and infrastructure. She previously worked as a foreign associate in the New York office of Alston & Bird LLP.
