Rodrigo Ferreira Figueiredo is a partner in our Corporate/M&A practice. Highly experienced in representing foreign groups interested in investing in Brazil, Rodrigo led the efforts to establish the firm's London office in 2016. Since then, he has expanded his international practice, focusing on cross-border cases involving Brazilian law, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, and divestitures.
Rodrigo is a member of the advisory board and chairman of the Legal Committee of the Brazilian Chamber of Commerce for Great Britain. He is also a member of the Legal Committee of the Brazilian Chamber of Commerce in France, vice-chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce Legal Committee in São Paulo, and an officer of the Corporate and M&A Law Committee of the London-based International Bar Association (IBA).
