Rodrigo Ferreira Figueiredo is a partner in our Corporate/M&A practice. Rodrigo is highly experienced in representing foreign groups investing in Brazil from multiple jurisdictions, focusing on cross-border corporate and M&A matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, and divestitures. From 2016 to 2024, Rodrigo acted as the firm´s London resident partner, a role in which he expanded his international practice. Rodrigo is a member of the advisory board and chairman of the Legal Committee of the Brazilian Chamber of Commerce for Great Britain; a member of the Legal Committee of the Brazilian Chamber of Commerce in France; an officer of the Law Firm Management Committee of the London-based International Bar Association (IBA), and a former officer of the Corporate and M&A Law Committee of the IBA.
