Tom specialises in International Capital Markets transactions.
He advises on a wide range of debt capital market transactions, including securitisations, debt programmes and drawdowns, stand-alone bond issuances and covered bonds. In 2014 Tom has worked in the financial markets team of ING Bank N.V. for two months as a secondee. Tom joined the firm in May 2008 after graduating in law and business studies from the Radboud University of Nijmegen.
