Todd Holleman is co-leader of the Finance and Restructuring Practice and a Partner in the firm's New York office. Todd advises clients in deploying private capital, at all levels of the capital structure, whether it be senior debt or control equity, acquisition financing, growth or preferred equity, subordinated or mezzanine debt, fund liquidity solutions, and rescue financings. He represents a market leading group of private debt funds, private equity funds, and portfolio companies in leveraged finance, unitranche, first lien/second lien, mezzanine, and other secured and unsecured lending transactions, with a focus on complex finance transactions and credit arrangements.
Todd has advised the largest private credit funds in the industry on hundreds of transactions across a broad range of industries. In addition, he has extensive experience representing creditors and investors in restructurings, insolvency proceedings and special situations investments. Todd also provides special advice to boards and companies in connection with transformative debt raises and capital structures, including early-stage transactions, acquisitions and significant monetization events.
