Daniel Crosby specializes in international trade, investment and matters related to public international law. A partner in the firm's International Trade practice and the manager of the Geneva office, Daniel helps sovereign and business clients to achieve practical economic objectives around the world by applying and negotiating international agreements.
Daniel represents major U.S. and European multinational corporations in a variety of trade and investment negotiations, and on the application of treaty-based rules to improve global market access for goods, services and e-commerce. He also advises clients regarding national trade remedy proceedings and World Trade Organization (WTO) disputes.
Much of Mr. Crosby’s client work centers on energy issues, from natural resource production to energy services and trade in petrochemicals. He has particular experience in the Middle East, Russia and the states of the former Soviet Union. Daniel also has broad experience in assisting industries with international and national regulations concerning health, environmental and labor issues.
