Practice Areas
Timothy specialises in advising tenants and leaseholders on repair issues, particularly damp and mouldy flats and houses and mice, rats and cockroach infestations. He forces landlords and freeholders to address serious damp & mould problems, leaks and other repair issues and pay compensation. He has also made them eradicate major pest infestations. He advises on county court claims by tenants and leaseholders for repairs and compensation as well as criminal prosecutions for bad housing. Timothy is a solicitor advocate with higher rights of audience and regularly advocates for his clients in court without the need to instruct a barrister.

Trained at Belshaw & Curtin; qualified 2003; joined Anthony Gold 2005, partner 2010.
Timothy’s focus is on claims involving badly new built homes, applying his considerable expertise and experience to get results for his clients.
