David Marshall

The firm’s Managing Partner since 1997, David is a very experienced solicitor and an expert at handling high value complex brain and psychiatric injury cases. He is highly respected across the sector by his peers and clients alike. He is recognised as an Eminent Practitioner in Chambers and as a Hall of Fame Lawyer in the Legal 500.

He also represents clients in commercial matters as well as employment law cases involving stress at work.

In 2021 David successfully settled a long standing and high profile matter, where he represented claimant Jem Stansfield in his widely reported claim against the BBC.
