Holly has a national reputation for her work, and is recognised in legal directories; she’s dedicated to helping vulnerable individuals and their families. Her practice focuses on complex finance and property matters in the UK and internationally, including the appointment of deputies and attorney, buying and selling property, litigating, advising attorneys and deputies, attorney and deputy removal, getting married or divorced, to making a will and gifting. She is passionate about protecting vulnerable individuals from becoming victims of financial abuse. She also specialises in care fee planning and provision, disputes about welfare, deprivation of liberty, and where a person should live.
Holly’s extensive qualifications include a full STEP diploma, which is the professional body for trust and estate practitioners, and the Older Client Care in Practice qualification from the Association of Lifetime Lawyers. She is a founding member of the practitioner group that established the Mediation in the Court of Protection pilot scheme and a committee member, and former Deputy Chair, of the Mental Capacity Special Interest Group, for STEP.
