Mr. Watson is the Houston office leader of Seyfarth's Wage and Hour Litigation Practice Group and regularly defends employers across the country in wage and hour class and collective actions brought under the Fair labor Standards Act and similar state laws.

Represents employers in disputes with executives over breach of contract and wrongful termination claims as well as in employment discrimination cases under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Texas Labor Code and other statutory and common law causes of action.
