Tim is a partner in Freshfields’ private equity team in London. He specialises in M&A and joint ventures for financial sponsors, and also works on restructurings, distressed M&A and management equity arrangements, alongside a wide range of portfolio company matters.
Tim advises a range of financial sponsors, including AEA Investors, Blackstone, Cerberus, CVC, Goldman Sachs PIA and Hellman & Friedman.
Tim trained at Freshfields, qualifying in 2001 and becoming a partner in 2010.
