Tim Wang is the Co-Managing Partner of Clifford Chance's China offices.
Tim has extensive experience in equity capital markets, general corporate and M&A transactions. He has been particularly active in advising large Chinese companies on their Hong Kong listings, GDR offerings and outbound investments.
Prior to joining Clifford Chance, he has more than six years' experience working as an in-house counsel in two large Chinese listed companies.
Tim joined Clifford Chance in 2006 and became a partner since 2010. He served as a member of the firm's Partnership Council from 2013 to 2019.
Tim is a native Mandarin speaker and fluent in English.
