Dayu Man is a counsel in Clifford Chance’s China Antitrust Group.
Dayu has advised multinational and Chinese domestic corporations, investment banks and private equity firms on antitrust matters in relation to both merger filings and conduct rules. Before joining the firm, Dayu worked with a top Chinese law firm in its Beijing office and he also worked with a leading U.S. law firm in its Washington, D.C. office.
Dayu obtained his Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School and his LL.M degree in competition law from University College London. He is licensed to practice in the State of New York.
Dayu is a native Mandarin speaker and fluent in English.
