Amy Ho has substantial experience advising on private and public M&A, private equity, joint venture and strategic transactions in the UK, Hong Kong and the PRC. Her practice includes advising multinational companies on mergers and acquisitions in Hong Kong, China and other parts of Asia as well as Chinese investors on their outbound investments in Asia Pacific and Europe.
Amy heads up the firm's insurance sector in Asia Pacific and she also specialises in China real estate work, having advised real estate funds/investors and developers on numerous real estate investments and divestments in China.
